  The WORST car sharing company with EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I allegedly got a speeding ticket in NYC. They charged me $30 as a convenience fee for paying the speeding ticket. Do you think I received a copy of this ticket? Did they call me to let me know? I asked for an administrator to call me 3 weeks ago and still nothing! I can rent a car for $14 per hour and if I'm late 1 minute, they charge me $50! That could have been 3 more hours in the car! They're thieves at zipcar and they nickel and dime their customers. They wanna call themselves a car sharing community but we can't communicate with the community! I'm done! My accout is now going to be CLOSED
