  I got a Living Social deal for a 1 hour massage at Turning Heads Salon and Day Spa almost a year ago and was excited to visit them. Unfortunately, the deal expires in a week and I've called four times over the past two weeks to make an appointment but have either not gotten through or have been put on hold for more than 5 minutes with a voice recording that instructing me to go to their website. Their website then instructed me to call them to make an appointment! I finally got through today but was told that they don't have any massage appointments available before my deal expires. So I asked them what would they advise. They offered me a facial, which I declined, then suggested I contact Living Social. I asked them if they could extend the deal and they said they couldn't even though it's their business. I'm disappointed and wish they were more accessible and amenable.
