  The best pan-cakes in NYC and north of the bible belt. The pan-cakes are a luxury pancake and I highly recommend you get their blueberry topping, it beats out the strawberry or banana. It is also served with this highly addictive maple butter. Note of mention they won NYC food and wine festival sweets event competition one year, I think it was 2011, with upside down pear cake. They are also well known for their cakes/pies.
