  Friendly, def not pretentious and always honest about what they think needs to be done. Never felt pressured into buying things and usually able to fix whatever I need the same day. I ride 4 miles out of my way to see them whenever I have an issue and have never regreted it. Oh yeah and their prices are so reasonable I always end up paying less than I had planned to.
