  They are unprofessional and waste of your time if you need to have the pants shortened as they all are 34 length to save money. I asked specifically when the person was present to make the alterations and the time it would take when first entering the store. They stated until 6PM and that they would have the alternations done in about a hour or a hour and a half. That is fine except when it is 4 PM after you go to pay after waiting to have someone mark the pants in the changing area while the place is packed to be told that the person doing the alterations isn't present anymore and that you will need to come back tomorrow after 12 to pickup the items. This was unacceptable and a complete waste of time visiting uniqlo. The rest are fine but this is specifically aimed at the lack of communication between the front and back end of the store.
