  I visited the store today, tried on a tester of a foundation, liked the way it looked and decided to buy it, however the shade I needed was not on the shelf. I asked a sales associate with blue hair if maybe they had more in back/understock. She told me she was not allowed to leave the skincare area and that she would ask someone to check for me. She radioed to whoever, and a male employee came over. Both employees proceeded to tell me that they did not have the item in backstock or understock and that I could place the order online with them. I didn't go into a store to order something online...I would have stayed home lol I was sad and felt like they were extremely quick to dismiss me as I know extra product is kept under the shelves in the draws and neither one of them bothered to look there. I opened the understock draw myself out of pure curiosity and WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!! THERE WERE ABOUT 5 BOTTLES OF THE SHADE I WAS LOOKING FOR RIGHT THERE! I am not one to usually complain but this really ticked me off. Like wow, they couldn't even bother to check the understock or bother to restock?? If I didn't decide to look myself, I would not have even made a purchase today.
