  Worst Customer Service!!! I'm here at this AT&T Store, they employees have no idea what they are doing, they don't know what they have in stock, knowledge of the products, or AT&T Rules and Guidelines. I bought a iPhone X, I asked for the silver and the employee hooked up the black to my account and then told me they don't have the silver. So I took it home to find out it doesn't work properly. Brought it back just to have the employee to tell me I would be charged a restocking fee of $45. Horrible Store employees. Plus $5 for a Sim card. Just horrible.
