  One star is far too generous. My dad walked in to get the light on his keyboard fixed (because he didn't fix it the first time), and this man fiddled with something and caused the computer to no longer start. He then proceeded to yell in my fathers face saying it was some imaginary water damage that never happened. We used the computer 30 min before walking into the store and was in perfect working condition aside from the keyboard light. The Technitian then destroyed everything on my dad's hard drive. The computer had to stay over the weekend. Not only did this man break my fathers computer, twice, he disrespected me and my father and then had the nerve to charge us! I recommend you look for another place for you to get your computer fixed and run away as fast as you can.
