  Placed an order for $200 of flowers, but received a substantially smaller arrangement worth approximately $100+Vase.
  --- Owner was rude on the phone when I called to object.
  --- "What have you been smoking?" is not an acceptable response when a customer calls to let a service provider know that there is an issue with an order.
  --- Flowers used for arrangement weren't too fresh. Some were wilted the very next day!
