  The food was excellent. This is not a review about the food. It is however a comment on the honesty of the staff and the lack of responsiveness of the management in the restaurant.
  Last Wednesday night, March 14th, my wife and I ate dinner with our two girls at Rosemary's. (The food critic from the newspaper for which I am an editor recommended the place.) After the meal on our way to Penn Station in the cab my wife realized that had she left her phone on the table at the restaurant. We called the place many many many times. A young woman told us that the phone had not been turned in and that she would call us if it had.
  We heard nothing. We have called several times and no one has called us back. To make matters worse, "Find My I Phone" showed that the phone was in the restaurant later that night.
  The end result....someone hacked into her phone, managed to create new passwords and transferred money through Venmo out of our checking account!!
  Would you hand a waiter your charge card in this restaurant after I have relayed this story?
