  I don't give great ratings that often cause every time I go back they mess up but this place lets see where can I start. Go to place if you work in the kitchen, very professional, nice, knowledgeable. They give out free materials about knives and kitchen equipment. They open at ten I must've came at 9:55am the guy was a custodian but the way he opened the door I think he was one of them old school Japanese owner (please forgive me if I'm wrong only said Japanese cause it's a Japanese owned store) that wanted to test his staff cause the cashier looked at me sideways. However that went a long way in my book.
