  We bought a Summit refrigerator and an ilve stove from Flamtech and we're very happy that we did. Linda was knowledgeable and patient and helpful in the store and afterward on phone and email. When the stove came and we realized that the iron wok support that Linda had promised us was missing, we simple called up and she made sure it was there waiting for us. When, some weeks later, one of the griddles on the stove broke, Flamtech again came through with a replacement mailed directly to us. Flamtech have many great options for appliances which we'd not found elsewhere at bigger stores. Their customer service has always been helpful, genuinely friendly, intelligent, and has come through when other stores would not. This is a small gem of a company.
