  Uptown Pilates is the best Pilates studio I have found yet in NYC! The studio offers a beautiful, calming, and intimate environment that makes you feel totally comfortable! The instructors are all amazing and are brilliant with giving helpful corrections and images to help you understand Pilates and your body. They have such a range of instructors too, whether you want someone to give you a great stretch and relaxing work out or if you want to sweat and get your butt kicked, there is an instructor for you and for how you are feeling that day! This is the place for everyone, people just trying to keep in shape, people trying to lose weight, dancers, athletes, EVERYONE!
