  I have been going to Concept Salon for many years and have yet to meet more knowledgeable stylists in NYC. The staff is so friendly that they have become more like family, and they truly take the time and care to understand my specific needs. I have had my hair cut by nearly every stylist at the salon and have never had a single complaint. I think my biggest pro for this salon would have to be the fact that they take the time to understand my hair and talk to me about how to cut and style it a way that works best for my features, rather than trying to imitate hair that would never work on me! Since I have been going to Concept, I have received compliment after compliment on my hair and the amazing coloring job that they have done. Don't know what I would do without them! If you are looking for a truly talented group of stylists, consider your search over!
