  So much fun! I took the "hybrid" class, which consisted of dancing, jumping on the trampoline, and a little bit of weight training. The instructor was super energetic and kind, and gave me tips and adjustments when needed. My only complaint is that the classes are quite expensive. Overall, if you like a high-energy, cardio workout, and aren't on a tight budget, this studio could very well be for you.
