  The general manager here is a scam artist. Her name is Jillian Pollidore everyone. Based off of numerous other reviews here and on their Facebook page, its clear where her moral compass stands.
  
  They have a compelling business model of continuing to charge your credit card after you end your membership. Then, when you follow up with them to try and get the charges refunded, they take you through months of avoiding phone calls, putting you on hold indefinitely, and claiming your refund "is in the mail." After 4 months of excitedly checking my mailbox for my highly anticipated gym refund, I still have yet to see anything! They bank on you forgetting that you've been overcharged. Sorry Jillian, I'm still here ;)
