  Hal is Fantastic! He is extremely versatile and creative. I have gone from dreading the gym to loving it in just two months time. He keeps every session fun till the very end, with everything from yoga and Pilates to boxing and lifting. He also brilliantly manages to stay away from the areas I dislike, replacing them with "activities" I actually enjoy. He never pushes too hard, but makes sure I get the most out of every move, and the results are apparent! I highly recommend Hal to anyone looking to get/stay fit and enjoy the journey.
