  I can't say enough good things about Nikki and her team at Erstwhile! I worked with Nikki on my fiance's engagement ring. She is everything that you'd want from someone involved in such an important part of your life: responsive, transparent, fair, flexible, on time, and very, very trustworthy.
  
  I was initially a little hesitant to work with Erstwhile since I was in Boston and she was in New York -- but I went for it because their stuff looked great. Nikki immediately instilled trust in me and made the whole process painless (perhaps even easier than working with a local jeweler). The shipping and whatnot was super easy.
