  The staff regularly lies and delivers subpar service. At first I blamed myuself for possibly miscommunicating: the first time I used them they did not deliver back (I live two blocks from them) and said that I didn't request it. I did, very clearly I thought. The second time I dropped off my shirts they duped me into paying more for 'hand-pressing' some of them @6.50ea because they are 'too small for for the machine'. Then I asked them at least three times to deliver, going over the address each time, because of an important function I had to attend in the evening the following day and the cleaners claimed that I specifically asked for pick-up only. Don't waste your time, money and nerves.
