  After booking our rooms to stay we tried to make reservation a week in advance for high tea.
  
  I called first and left a message which no one called back..
  
  so the next day we called the receptionist took down our name and number and said she would call us back as the system was down.. two days past and we called and found out she had not.
  
  The hotel is beautiful, service downstairs is great.
  
  (Day one of checking in.)
  My only complaints would be they gave us a room where the bathtub was completely broken and we called down to change rooms and they said they would call back ,but again never did.
  
  And the hair dryer was broken..
  
  As well update your house robes they feel very old and rough.
  
  We love the Plaza lounge area and bar, but wouldn’t stay here again.
