  I feel there should be more integraties in this bureau.
  Lai Yee Feng was our case reviewer and she feeds on tax payers. During the review of our case, she called the coordinator and me separately, just to ask if I had to reach to any connections in the bureau and who were they.
  She never called my son's pediatrician, neurologist or even the PT who did evaluation on him.
  After knowing I didn't have connection with the officials, Lai Yee Feng ended up contradicting herself by saying "my son does need physical therapy, but he's not qualified to get it from early intervention"
  I was from China which is pretty corrupted but I didn't expect it to be universal...
