  Didn't actually get to stay here. These nit-wits just cancelled our booking without notice. They were also completely unhelpful in assisting us to find alternative accommodation.
  
  PS: As a result of this review (I think), my son has had an interaction with the manager of this hotel, including an apology and HH points. It doesn't really remove the raw memory of that cold hour in New York but, if it avoids someone else having this experience, I appreciate his acknowledgement of the issue.
