  We were upgraded to a room with king bed on the 18th floor on arrival. From the moment we stepped in to leave a case two days before checking in the staff were warm helpful and genuinely kind to me and my nine year old daughter. Michael & Daniel were mines of information on places to see and things to do in NY and even gave useful tips for Washington!
  
  We were first time visitors to NY. We hope to be back with the rest of the family some time soon and we will definitely stay at the Muse!
