  Absolutely ripped me off!!! I booked a "tour" of niagara falls for $300 which was expensive considering what we actually got. Their voucher says 4 hour tour however its actually less than an hour to all the run down parts of the city then about 15 minutes at the state park. Then drop us off and leave we had to walk back to our hotel. They claim the 4 hours includes time spent at a restaurant which only gave us a menu with 5 items to choose from i seriously thought it was a joke nope that's how they scam you as well. They also seem to think the maid of the mist tour is an hour which um no its not, the boat ride is 20 minutes and its only 18.95 per person. I didnt get a response after explaining all this which doesnt surprise me considering how many people they have ripped off. If you're looking for an excellent tour, tour guide and well worth the money paid experience go with Gray Line they wont screw you.

  Without doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a tour operator. The problem is they don't organize a tour - they just book tickets for you and they do it very badly. Communication is also non-existent / terrible. I very rarely give bad reviews, but in this case I feel it's a public service to warn other to stay away.

  This tour was excellent. Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable. The drivers were professional and drove very carefully. Despite of some drizzle the tour went on without any disruptions. Boston is very beautiful with so much history. My friends and I had fun and a pleasant trip. We highly recommend this tour to everyone.
