  Please do not let the negative reviews dissuade you. This is a review for their dog hotel overnight service. I am a very overbearing and particular dog mom and after leaving my pups here over a three day weekend I can say that I will not leave them at any other dog hotel!
  
  After a very last minute sitter cancellation I scavenged the internet for an acceptable place to leave my two chihuahuas. I have never left them at a kennel so I was very apprehensive and anxious about it. By some miracle they had an opening and assured me they would be well taken care of. I requested a private room for them since they are slightly anti-social and warned the staff that they might not take well to them. They let me see the room and settle them in with blankets and toys I brought from home. I was surprised to see how non-smelly it was, the private rooms are lined with tiles and it’s clear that they take cleanliness very seriously at fetch. I called everyday to check on them and was glad to be able to talk to their caretakers. I had requested that they not walk them because I didn’t know if they would be okay with the dog walkers and they called me to ask if I was sure because they were socializing just fine with the staff that would feed them. It shows the attention my pups were given and I appreciate that they made sure to check in for my instructions.
  
  The facility was really cute and the staff was friendly and professional. As I was checking them in and giving them my info lots of repeat customers were coming through to pick their pups up. It was good to see happy customers that the staff knew by name, it made me trust them more.
  
  I picked the dogs up in perfect condition, they even seemed sad to go! I definitely recommend fetch to every loving dog owners!
