  Normally, when I go to DSW, there is wonderful customer service, however this time the cashier who checked us out was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She acted like she couldn't be bothered to help me with an email that I supposedly received for a discount. She seemed perturbed with my questions asking for her assistance. When she called us over, (by waving a hand - not even looking at us,) she did not greet us in a courteous manner AND when the transaction was over, she was could not wait to leave the register as I asked for the receipt (instead of placing it in the bag.) She just walked away without even a "thank you!" THIS WAS THE WORST TREATMENT THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AT DSW!!! I HOPE THAT OTHER DSW EMPLOYEES WILL NOT ACT LIKE HER OR ELSE SHE WILL LOSE A LONG-TIME CUSTOMER!
