  If you want excellent customer service I do NOT recommend going to this location. I was searching for 2 pairs of shoes that I saw on their website and the sales people were just standing around and did not even attempt to act like they wanted to assist me.
  
  When I asked a male salesperson (who smelled like an ashtray) for assistance he was unfriendly and acted like he had an attitude because I asked to try on shoes. I waited for 10 minutes and no shoes arrived for me to try on. At that point, I decided to leave the store based on the non-helpful sales staff. With such poor customer service rampant in so many stores, it's no wonder that brick and mortar stores are failing.
