  Had none of the problems other reviewers are mentioning about waiting - and been to this store on 3 different occasions at different times.
  
  One of their managers there, Brett, is fantastic. I had to place a store order to have a jacket delivered from another state and he was so accommodating and helpful. When the jacket arrived there were a couple stray threads and he had it fixed within 15 minutes of me brining the jacket back in.
