  Environment is not that great. There are a lot of smelly homeless people walking around and all the stores inside are over priced with below standard quality. They need a good architect to relay out/ revisualize the interior.
  
  The coach buses to NJ are nice but there are not enough of them and the fares are too high. I do want to thank the police officers that are there. They do make the place feel protected and safe. I also enjoy the recent performances . There are many talented people in New York/New Jersey. It's good to hear and see that there's a platform for them to express themselves.
