  I was very unsatisfied with my visit. Kelsey was very offensive and disrespectful to me when I tried to exchange a shirt that another Lululemon sales representative had promised would be acceptable. She questioned my ability to wash clothing correctly and even suggested that I was lying to her about the defect with my shirt. She claimed my shirt was over 3 years old when I had just purchased it less than 5 months prior. A sales representative should never question the honesty and character of a consumer.
