  I am disgusted with this place! I ordered a pancake platter with spicy sausage and cheesy eggs. Half way through eating, I notice 2 large particles of hair in my food. Immediately I call them. They instructed me that they would send a fresh patch of eggs. Originally, I said okay. After a minute passes, I begin to feel nauseous. ( I know that was my mind playing tricks on me). I call them back and tell them I will bring the whole platter back and I'll take a refund. The guy came with the eggs and I told him my decision and he simply refunded me, after calling management and getting their approval. An hour and a half later, they call me back screaming because some of the food was eaten! Are you kidding me?! I ordered breakfast to eat!!! Of course some food would be missing. Do you think I planned on finding 2 large hair strands in my food!? Then he had the nerve to tell me since he have my address I am not allowed to order from their anymore! Well good! Because you guys are disgusting anyhow! How disgusting of them! Poor customer service and poor ways of handling a situation simply because not once did they apologize or take ownership! Do not order from them, ever!
