  Had to red eye into NYC for work from the west coast so booked this hotel and requested an early check in of 8am (a standard selection on the SPG website). When I arrived I was told house keeping doesn't start till 9am and didn't end up getting a room till just before 10am. When I got into my room finally the AC was blasting (despite it being below 40 degrees out that morning) and the TV remote didn't work. 2 stars for a very comfortable bed and friendly front desk staff despite the check in issues.
