  Terrible! My husband like most men didn't know much about spas and decided to buy me a gift certificate for this place. The minute I received the gift I knew I was going to have a horrible experience. It's been three years and I still haven't used the gift card because every time I call they don't have any availability! How is that possible? It's not even a high end spa...So mediocre. I'm seeing all these negative reviews and already freaked out to even use it.
